Overview
Oil Well™ is a commercial credit reporting agency that assembles commercial credit information from oil providers and provides commercial credit reports to oil providers for the purpose of credit risk assessment and/or other purposes as permitted under federal, state, and local laws.
Oil Well's Commercial Relations Department can provide you with a copy of the information we maintain about you that may be used by home heating oil providers in determining whether or not to extend you credit. Upon written request, we will reinvestigate any information that we maintain on your business which you believe is inaccurate and will correct any such information that is determined to be inaccurate or incomplete. If you believe information in your Oil Well™ consumer file is inaccurate, please complete a Commercial Reinvestigation Form, include any supporting documentation, and mail it to us at:
