A. An Oil Well™ report will only exist with respect to your company if your business at any time had a past-due balance with its oil provider who is an Oil Well™ subscriber.
Q. Where does the information in my company’s Oil Well report come from?
A. Oil Well™ collects information concerning your business’ negative payment history from subscribing oil providers. The information comes directly from your oil supplier’s accounting reports. Oil Well™ does not collect information directly from a company about its business.
Q. How long does information stay in an Oil Well™ report?
A. Oil Well maintains all information in a report for 7 years.
Q. Can I check my own company's Oil Well™ report?
A. Yes. Whether or not your company has been denied credit based upon an Oil Well™ report, you can obtain a copy of your Oil Well™ report for review.
